Who we are

What we collect

Host account details (name, email address, timezone and availability), booking details you submit as an invitee (name, email address, chosen time and any notes), and the technical records needed to operate the service, such as calendar connection tokens and notification delivery logs.

Why we use it

To create, confirm, remind about, reschedule and cancel meetings; to synchronise free/busy information with a calendar you have connected; and to keep the service secure and auditable. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as the host account exists, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Notification logs are kept for operational audit purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@fidevo.eu. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
