Terms of service

The service

Meetwhen is scheduling software owned and operated by FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED. By creating a host account, or by booking a meeting through a host page, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate another person, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose. Hosts are responsible for the content of their event types and for the meetings they run.

Accounts and calendars

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Where you connect an external calendar, you authorise the service to read free/busy information and, where enabled, to write events on your behalf. You may disconnect a calendar at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. It operates at declared Trust Level L1 (sandbox). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed meetings arising from third-party calendar or email failures.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions go to hello@fidevo.eu.
